Founded in 2002 by James Beard Award-winner Jeni Britton, we are a modern American ice cream company devoted to making better ice creams and bringing people together. We build our recipes from the ground up using grass-pastured dairy and whole ingredients, eschewing synthetic flavorings and commodity mixes to create an incomparably smooth texture and clean finish.
